Shipping

We process and dispatch every order within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the journey.

Please note: While the vast majority of orders arrive well within the estimated window, occasional delays can occur due to high shipping volumes, international customs processing, or unforeseen cargo conditions beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and are always here if you have any questions about your order.

Returns & Refunds

We want every walk to be a good one — and that starts with loving your kit. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund, no questions asked.

If your WalkMate Kit™ arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
